1) What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that websites you visit send to your device, where they are stored and then retransmitted to the same websites on your next visit. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage, and SDKs. They are used to make the website work, improve performance, analyze usage, and—with consent—provide more relevant measurement and advertising.
2) Legal basis and consent management (EU/Italy)
In Italy/EU, non-essential cookies (e.g., analytics with identifiers, advertising, third-party embeds that profile users) are activated only after your explicit consent (opt-in).
We use a CookieYes banner with “Accept all” and “Reject all” buttons and a Preferences Center to select categories.
Your choice is stored for 3 months; you can change it at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
We maintain (via CookieYes) a consent log with proof of choice, on a pseudonymized basis.
We recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where technically supported by the browser/CMP; in case of discrepancies, the most restrictive choice prevails.
Note: Some third-party content/services (e.g., embedded maps or videos) may set cookies only after you consent to the relevant category in the Preferences Center.
3) Categories of cookies we may use
Necessary/technical (always active): ensure website functionality (security, load balancing, saving consent choices, any cart/checkout). Do not require consent.
Functional: remember preferences (e.g., language/location) and enable enhanced features (e.g., Google Maps, YouTube/Vimeo, WhatsApp widget).
Analytics/Statistics: measure site usage to improve performance and experience (e.g., Google Analytics 4 – GA4). Activated only with consent, except for strictly anonymized configurations compliant with guidelines.
Marketing/Profiling: remarketing/retargeting, campaign measurement, advertising identifiers (e.g., Meta/Google Ads/TikTok). We do not currently use them for marketing sharing without consent. If enabled in the future, they will be visible and manageable in the Preferences Center before any activation.
4) Indicative list of cookies/IDs
The list may change over time based on technical implementations (WordPress/Elementor, components, updates). The up-to-date version is available in the banner Preferences Center.
| Name | Provider | Category | Purpose (summary) | Typical duration* |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| cookieyes-consent / cky-consent | CookieYes | Necessary | Stores consent status by category | 3 months |
| elementor | Elementor | Necessary/Functional | Optimizes rendering of pages built with Elementor | Persistent/variable |
| Google Maps (e.g., NID, other Google IDs) | Functional/third party | Displays interactive maps; may read/set Google identifiers | up to 6 months (variable) | |
| YouTube (e.g., YSC, VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE) | Google/YouTube | Functional/third party | Plays embedded videos; may involve Google measurements/ads | session / 6 months |
| _ga | Google (GA4) | Analytics | Distinguishes users (aggregated statistics) | up to 13 months |
| _gid | Google (GA4) | Analytics | Distinguishes sessions | 24 hours |
| ga* | Google (GA4) | Analytics | Stores session state/GA4 parameters | up to 13 months |
*Durations may vary due to provider updates or regional (EU) settings.
GA4 configuration: activation occurs only after consent. Where implemented, IP anonymization and settings that limit sharing with Google may be used; further details are available in the banner preferences.
5) Third-party providers and international transfers
Some providers process data as independent controllers (e.g., Google for Maps/YouTube/Analytics). Use of their services may involve data transfers outside the EEA.
Israel: transfers may occur based on an EU adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), depending on the provider/service.
For non-essential cookies, transfers occur only after consent.
Information on providers’ processing is available in their respective privacy notices (e.g., Google/YouTube).
6) How you can manage cookies
Via our banner (recommended)
Click “Cookie preferences” in the footer to change your choices at any time (accept/deny entire categories or individual tools, if enabled).

Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Ad settings in your account and “Ad Preferences” tools.
(Direct opt-out links may change over time; updated links are available in the Preferences Center or providers’ help pages.)
7) Updates to this Policy
